Most J. Luu styles are carefully made-to-order. We do our best to turn orders around quickly, but some items can take up to 6 weeks before we ship your order. Before processing your order we will let you know the expected ship date. If you need to meet a certain deadline, we may be able to accommodate your request. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
All domestic orders will be shipped insured mail and require a signature for delivery.
All orders shipped outside the continental United States, Hawaii, or Alaska may be delayed for up to 10 business days to insure validity. International orders are subject to import taxes, customs duties and brokerage fees levied by the destination country and the recipient is responsible for paying these fees. J. Luu has no control over these charges and is unable to advise the amount of these charges. We suggest you contact your local postal service for further information.
All international orders are shipped insured via UPS, FedEx International Express delivery service, or USPS First Class Mail International. You will be notified and will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Delivery schedules are estimated and actual delivery times may vary.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages (including return to sender fees). J. Luu is unable to provide refunds for international orders if a customer declines to pay the duties and the package is treated as abandoned or returned to sender.
