Repairs

We offer complimentary repairs for jewelry purchased within one year.  Repairs are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and in some cases, additional charges may apply.  Repairs for items purchased over a year ago will be charged a repair fee.  You may email us a photo of the item with a brief description of the repair request and we will do our best to provide you with a quote.  Our complimentary repair service is voided if the item has been altered, resized or repaired prior to being sent to J. Luu.  Please allow up to 8 weeks for all repairs.  

For repair requests, please email repairs@jluujewelry.com with the reason for your repair and the name of the purchaser.  Repair quotes are nonbinding until the item is received, inspected by our jeweler, and the final repair cost is emailed to you and approved by you.
