We’re confident you will love your J. Luu product, but if you’re not satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase. We only accept returns or exchanges on items purchased on jluujewelry.com. For J. Luu items purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.
Select pieces are not returnable, if that is the case we will notify you before we process your order and you will have the option to cancel the order.
Personalized items and custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, J. Luu will accept timely returns of unworn, undamaged, and unaltered items within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10 day period are only eligible for a store credit. Items must be returned with original tags attached and in the original packaging. If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization and instructions at: email@example.com (we will not accept returns without a return authorization). For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, insure the package for the full purchase amount, and retain your receipt. All returns require signature confirmation. J. Luu is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen or mishandled in transit. We are only able to refund the original card used to place the order. We do not refund shipping charges on return items, unless there was an error on our part.
Gift Return Policy
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item(s) of equal or greater value.
J. Luu will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after receipt. If you would like to make an exchange please email for a return authorization and instructions at: firstname.lastname@example.org (no exchanges will be granted without return authorization). For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, insure the package for the full purchase amount, and retain your receipt. All returns require signature confirmation. J. Luu will not assume responsibility in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled in transit. Once your exchange is processed, you will be emailed a gift card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s).
All shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow 2-5 business days from the return package delivery date for your return or exchange to be processed.
J. Luu reserves the right to refuse return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in J. Luu’s sole discretion.
